Céline Dion is paying tribute to her late husband, René Angélli, in a very special way.
The 48-year-old star released her newest song, "Recovering,'' on Thursday, Sept. 8 — and the ballad's lyrics give Céline's fans heartbreaking insight into how she's been coping since René tragic January 2016 death.
"I am recovering / The faith of a child / The bottom of heart / I was reckless and wild / I am recovering," the mom-of-three sings in the tune, written by Pink. "One step at a time / Shake off the devil / Take back my piece of mind."

"Hold me as I fall a apart / Baby, here in the dark / Because the old me run just as far as I could from my heart / But I'm going back to the start," the lyrics read.
René — who shared kids René-Charles, 15, and twins Eddy and Nelson, both 5, with Céline — sadly died at age 73 on Jan. 14 after a long battle with throat cancer. Céline's new song, "Recovering," appears on her latest album, Encore un Soir, which was released on Aug. 26.
