Iggy Azalea has always been very open about her plastic surgery, but fans are convinced she's hiding one procedure from them — butt implants!  The "Fancy" singer, who recently called off her engagement to NBA star Nick Young, posted a bikini selfie on Instagram, which put her famous booty on full display.
Simply captioned "#Vegas," the sexy photo sent her followers into a frenzy, with many accusing the blonde beauty of secretly going under the knife.

"I used to think you were real #fakebooty," one commenter wrote, while another added, "Her butt doesn't even go with her legs lmfao."
Last year, the 26-year-old revealed that she got breast implants and a nose job, and has been very vocal about supporting women who choose to get plastic surgery.  "I think, in 2016, people should be more accepting of the fact that both famous and non-famous women are having cosmetic procedures," she told ELLE Canada. "That's just the reality. And I think more people need to admit that s--t so it doesn't have to be so taboo — because we're all doing it anyway."
