Kim Zolciak-Biermann has always been open about her plastic surgery procedures, but her latest Instagram post may be her most candid one yet!
The Bravo reality star bared her butt while getting injections to remove cellulite in a video she uploaded to the social media platform.
"I went to see what he could do about these couple of dimples (really cellulite) on my butt cheeks and he got rid of them permanently," the mother-of-five captioned the clip. "I'm soooo excited!!! I personally like to look and feel my best soooo thank you @simonourianmd1 for giving me my smooth tush back haven't see that in a few years."
This isn't the first time the blonde beauty has shared her "beauty" tips with fans. After welcoming her twins in 2013, the 38-year-old underment a tummy tuck and shared the results in a bikini selfie.
"Just because you’re a mom doesn’t mean you have to let yourself go,” Kim said at the time. “My motto is, ‘If you don’t like it, fix it!’”
